What credentials do you need? +
We need IMAP/SMTP access credentials for each mailbox. For Google Workspace, this means an app password. For M365, standard IMAP credentials. We never ask for your primary account password and all credentials are encrypted at rest.
How long does warmup take? +
A full warmup cycle takes 4-6 weeks to establish solid domain reputation. You'll see measurable improvement within the first 2 weeks, but we recommend completing the full cycle before starting high-volume campaigns.
Can I send campaigns during warmup? +
We recommend waiting until at least Week 3 before sending campaigns, and starting with low volume (10-15 emails/day). Sending too much too early can undo warmup progress. We'll advise you on the optimal time to begin outreach.
What if my domain is already partially warmed? +
We assess your current domain reputation before starting and customize the warmup schedule accordingly. If your domain already has some reputation, we'll skip the early phases and focus on strengthening and maintaining it.
Do you support BYO domains from any registrar? +
Yes. We support domains from any registrar — GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Google Domains, and more. As long as you can provide IMAP/SMTP credentials for the mailbox, we can warm it up.
