What's included in each plan? +
Every plan includes custom domains (purchased for you), warmed mailboxes with Google Workspace, full DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), sender rotation, and monitoring. Higher tiers add dedicated IPs, sub-accounts, white-label options, and a dedicated account manager.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? +
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your domains and mailboxes carry over — nothing gets disrupted.
Do I own the domains? +
Absolutely. Every domain we purchase is registered in your name. If you ever leave, we transfer full ownership to you — no questions asked.
How long does warmup take? +
Warmup typically takes 2-4 weeks for new mailboxes. If you need to send sooner, check our Pre-Warmed Marketplace for domains and mailboxes that are ready to go on day one.
What platforms do you integrate with? +
We provide standard SMTP/IMAP credentials that work with Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Woodpecker, and any other tool that supports SMTP. No proprietary lock-in.
Do you offer annual pricing? +
Yes — annual plans come with two months free. Contact us to switch to annual billing on any plan.
What happens if a domain gets blacklisted? +
Our monitoring catches blacklistings early. We'll delist the domain, rotate it out of active sending, and replace it if needed — all included in your plan.
Can I bring my own domains? +
Yes. Use our Warmup Only add-on at ₹149/mailbox/mo if you already have domains. We'll handle DNS configuration and warmup for your existing infrastructure.
What's the difference between managed plans and a la carte? +
Managed plans are all-inclusive bundles — domains, mailboxes, warmup, and monitoring at a bundled rate. A la carte lets you pick individual products if you only need part of the stack, like warmup-only or monitoring-only.
Is there a setup fee? +
No setup fees on any plan. You pay the monthly rate and we handle provisioning, DNS, and warmup from day one.
